Qatar Tourism won The Orchestrator award at the 2022 Adobe Experience Maker Awards, for leveraging Adobe products including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Target to align customer journeys across different channels, locations, languages, and platforms to support its global campaign ‘Experience a World Beyond’.
The win was secured following Qatar Tourism’s efforts to modernise its digital marketing and launch innovative, personalised, and data-driven experiences including the Visit Qatar’s mobile app, Visit Qatar website, available in seven languages - English, French, Italian, Arabic, German, Turkish and Spanish - and personalised campaign programmes and marketing initiatives. The initiatives have reached more than 400 million people to date.
Last year, Qatar Tourism launched its international multi-media campaign ‘Experience a World Beyond’ across 17 countries, using TV advertisements, out-of-home advertising, and social platforms. To date, the campaign has gained more than two billion impressions, 600 million video views, and in excess of 100,000 new leads.
Chief Operating Officer of Qatar Tourism, Berthold Trenkel, said: “As we work towards realising Qatar’s mission of becoming a world-class tourism destination, our digital transformation strategy and work with Adobe allows us to continue to identify opportunities to improve the ways we promote Qatar and its rich attractions, increase customer satisfaction and drive growth in the country’s tourism sector.”
