Event Management Services for Doha Outdoors (Matafy Activation 2026)

Visit Qatar (VQ) invites proposals from qualified and experienced event management companies for the conceptualization, planning, and end-to-end delivery of the Doha Outdoors (Matafy Activation 2026).

The project aims to establish a high-quality, family-oriented winter outdoor destination, offering a unique and engaging visitor experience. The activation is envisioned to integrate picnic culture, entertainment, local food and beverage concepts, arts, and community engagement within a well-curated and cohesive environment.

The objective is to create a distinctive destination that reflects Qatar’s cultural identity while supporting its broader tourism and visitor experience goals.

Through this RFP, Visit Qatar seeks to appoint a capable service provider to deliver a fully integrated solution, including concept development, site design, event operations, logistics, and overall project management. The selected service provider will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery, fully aligned with Visit Qatar’s branding, operational standards, and strategic objectives.

Event Management Services for Qatar Calendar Conference 2026

Visit Qatar (VQ) invites proposals from qualified and experienced event management companies for the full-service conceptualization, planning, and delivery of the Qatar Calendar Conference (QC Conference).

The conference is a flagship industry platform designed to unveil and promote Qatar’s annual calendar of festivals, events, and major activations to local, regional, and international stakeholders. The QC Conference aims to strengthen engagement with event organizers, industry partners, sponsors, and media through structured presentations, networking sessions, and thought leadership discussions.

The event will showcase Qatar’s strategic vision for tourism, culture, and entertainment programming. The conference is expected to deliver high-quality delegate experience, supported by strong technical production, content delivery, and guest management. The

scope includes creative development, venue management, production, speaker coordination, and operational execution.

The appointed event management company will be responsible for end-to-end delivery in alignment with VQ objectives and branding guidelines. The QC Conference is planned as an annual anchor event within the Qatar Calendar. Dates and venue details will be

confirmed by VQ. The successful bidder will work in close coordination with VQ and key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
