Design, Development, Operation and Management of the Lusail Stadium Visitor Experience

Visit Qatar (‘VQ’) is seeking to engage a Service Provider to curating and deliver an experiential tour in the Lusail Stadium, Qatar commemorating the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and celebrating Qatar’s success in hosting a world class global sporting event alongside other national Football achievements.

This tour will enable visitors to relive moments from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and other major events hosted at the stadium, while showcasing the world-class infrastructure developed to support these events. The experience will incorporate existing attractions, including the immersive tunnel featuring high-end audio-visual production and key memorabilia such as the Bisht, match balls, and official mega flags. Visit Qatar is also exploring the inclusion of the celebratory used by the championship-winning team as part of the visitor journey.

The appointed Service Provider shall be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, delivery, operation, maintenance and management of the visitor experience throughout the contract period. Accordingly, the Service Provider will act as a Turnkey Design-Build-Operate provider, responsible for project conceptualization, regulatory approvals, experience design, development, execution, maintenance, and operations.

Design, Build, Management and Operation of Visit Qatar Stopover Experience Booths at Hamad International Airport (HIA)

Visit Qatar seeks to appoint a qualified service provider for the turnkey design, build, operation, management, staffing, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of four (4) dynamic Stopover Experience Booths located within the Airside (Transit) and Landside (Arrivals) areas of Hamad International Airport (HIA).

The Stopover Experience Booths will serve as the primary physical customer touchpoint for Visit Qatar within HIA, acting as a gateway to Qatar's tourism offerings and facilitating the conversion of transit passengers into stopover visitors. The selected service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operation of the booths, including concept design, installation, relocation, staffing, visitor processing, stopover package development and management, stakeholder coordination, content management, customer experience delivery, and day-to-day operations over the contract period.

Creative Agency Services

Visit Qatar seeks to appoint a Regional Creative Agency to support the development and execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across regional and local markets for a period of three (3) years.

The appointed agency will provide strategic, creative, and campaign development services to support the promotion of Qatar as a leading global tourism destination.

The contract will include Fixed (Retainer) Services, consisting of a dedicated embedded team responsible for day-to-day account management, creative development, and will support Visit Qatar in developing across multiple campaigns annually, covering seasonal, tactical, and always-on marketing initiatives.

In addition, Call-Off Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis through an approved call-off mechanism and shall include:

• Resource-Based Services comprising additional personnel, consultants, specialists, creative resources, technical experts, and other professional support resources required beyond the embedded retainer team; and
• Third-Party Production Services comprising campaign production, content production, printing, fabrication, events-related production, audio-visual production, photography, videography, talent, localization services, and other third-party deliverables necessary for campaign execution.

The agency will be responsible for campaign strategy, creative concept development, production of master campaign assets, and localisation and adaptation of campaign materials across multiple platforms and priority regional markets, ensuring alignment with Visit Qatar's brand strategy and tourism marketing objectives.

The project aims to establish a high-quality, family-oriented winter outdoor destination, offering a unique and engaging visitor experience. The activation is envisioned to integrate picnic culture, entertainment, local food and beverage concepts, arts, and community engagement within a well-curated and cohesive environment.

The objective is to create a distinctive destination that reflects Qatar’s cultural identity while supporting its broader tourism and visitor experience goals.

Through this RFP, Visit Qatar seeks to appoint a capable service provider to deliver a fully integrated solution, including concept development, site design, event operations, logistics, and overall project management. The selected service provider will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery, fully aligned with Visit Qatar’s branding, operational standards, and strategic objectives.

Event Management Services for Qatar Calendar Conference 2026

Visit Qatar (VQ) invites proposals from qualified and experienced event management companies for the full-service conceptualization, planning, and delivery of the Qatar Calendar Conference (QC Conference).

The conference is a flagship industry platform designed to unveil and promote Qatar’s annual calendar of festivals, events, and major activations to local, regional, and international stakeholders. The QC Conference aims to strengthen engagement with event organizers, industry partners, sponsors, and media through structured presentations, networking sessions, and thought leadership discussions.

The event will showcase Qatar’s strategic vision for tourism, culture, and entertainment programming. The conference is expected to deliver high-quality delegate experience, supported by strong technical production, content delivery, and guest management. The

scope includes creative development, venue management, production, speaker coordination, and operational execution.

The appointed event management company will be responsible for end-to-end delivery in alignment with VQ objectives and branding guidelines. The QC Conference is planned as an annual anchor event within the Qatar Calendar. Dates and venue details will be

confirmed by VQ. The successful bidder will work in close coordination with VQ and key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
