A vibrant family atmosphere continues throughout the month, with the ColorVerse Experience running at Katara South Parking until 15 September, helping children save the colours from the Munchers. Virtuocity, Doha Festival City, hosts Virtuocity Battleground 2026 from 1 to 30 September, bringing epic battles and exciting challenges for gaming enthusiasts.
Fuwairit Kite Beach brings a lively atmosphere with Fuwairit Break offering family-friendly activities, running from 9 September to 17 October. For those seeking something out of the ordinary, The Jury Experience takes place at U Venue from 18 September to 23 October, inviting audiences to weigh the evidence and decide a verdict for themselves. Shopping enthusiasts and fans of distinctive Qatari products can look forward to Mena W Fena at AlHazm Outdoor Area, running from 24 September to 24 October.
Sports Events and Competitions
Sports enthusiasts have a packed schedule to look forward to in September. Beat the Heat, the summer fitness and race series, continues across various locations until 11 September. Qatar Foundation hosts the FISU World University Championship Weightlifting 2026 from 8 to 12 September, running alongside the Seashore Phoenix Games 2026, a fitness championship for male and female athletes held at Aspire Ladies Sports Hall from 10 to 14 September.
The courts of Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex welcome a series of prominent international tournaments, beginning with Qterminals Qatar Classic Squash 2026 from 12 to 18 September, followed by The 1st Qatar Asian Junior Tournament 14 & Under, which runs from 28 September to 3 October.
Arts, Culture, and Exhibitions
September also brings a rich cultural and artistic programme. The Qatar Event Show 2026 opens at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 1 to 3 September, with the Doha Trade Fair continuing at the same venue until 5 September. At the Museum of Islamic Art, Uzbekistan: Heritage in Motion and the Ektashif Uzbekistan Exhibition open on 3 September and run until 28 November. Katara Cultural Village once again hosts the tenth edition of S'hail - Katara International Hunting and Falconry Exhibition, from 8 to 12 September.
The Qatar National Convention Centre welcomes a distinguished programme of cultural and musical events, including QPO Presents: Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 on 14 September, and Qatar-Mexico Year of Culture: Sounds of Mexico on 18 September. Multaqa - Education City Students Center will host the BilAraby Annual Gathering 2026 from 19 to 20 September.
Music and comedy fans have a wealth of live shows to enjoy, beginning with the John Legend Concert on 10 September at the Qatar National Convention Center - Hall 3 & 4. On the same day, Abdulaziz Nasser Theater in Souq Waqif hosts Saleh El Nawawy: Stand-up Comedy Special "Ghaibooba". Taha Desouky takes to the stage on 17 September at Al Mayassa Theater at Qatar National Convention Center, followed by Feena Nehke? - John Achkar Live in Doha, at Abdulaziz Nasser Theater in Souq Waqif on 25 September. Classic rock fans can also enjoy Pink Floyd Legacy Live at Doha, held at the Qatar National Convention Center on 25 September.
In the business and technology sector, Doha hosts the Autonomous e-Mobility Forum 2026 from 7 to 9 September at the Qatar National Convention Centre, and the Google Cloud Summit Doha 2026 on 22 September at Hall 8 & 9 of the Qatar National Convention Center. The Qatar Fintech Expo 2026 also takes place on 29 and 30 September at the Hilton Doha Hotel.
For elegance and upscale shopping, the prestigious Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition 2026 opens at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 28 September to 3 October, while AlHazm Galleria hosts The 9th Edition of Zinatha Exhibition from 30 September to 7 October.
