RFP – Visit Qatar – Visit Qatar Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026

Visit Qatar is seeking proposals to prepare and execute Customer Satisfaction Surveys for their events and provide analysis and recommendations to enhance the planning and delivery of events in the future.

The feedback received post-event from Customer Satisfaction Survey's (CSAT) is critical to assessing overall delivery and attendee experience of Visit Qatar events and informing Visit Qatar Festival & Events Department’s future event planning. Currently these surveys are undertaken per event by the relevant delivery agency, which due to different agencies delivering different events, leads to variations in the information captured and reported. For accurate analysis across all Visit Qatar events, this data needs to be of a consistent level. 

To attain this consistency across all event types, Visit Qatar seeks to trial the surveys being centralized, standardized and delivered by a dedicated CSAT team. Attaining such accuracy will benefit the Department through clear reporting event by event and enable cross event analysis to determine which events are more successful than others and which are worth continuing and enhancing. Visit Qatar will trial this arrangement during a pilot period of 6 months and if acceptable would be extended for a 2-year period.

RFP – Visit Qatar – Sky Festival 2025

Visit Qatar (VQ) invites proposals from qualified and experienced event management companies for the full-service conceptualization, planning, and delivery of Sky Festival 2026.

The Sky Festival is a landmark initiative positioning Qatar as a global hub for aviation-inspired entertainment and a signature large-scale Eid Al Fitr celebration. Organized by Visit Qatar, the festival transforms the Lusail skyline waterfront into a stage for world-class aerial shows, immersive ground entertainment, cultural storytelling, and premium hospitality experiences. Sky Festival (2026) is tentatively scheduled during Eid Al Fitr 2026.

The event will feature multiple themed zones, including the Sky Arena with drone ballets, aerobaticstunts, skydiving, and hot air balloons; an Eid Celebration Zone with live performances, cultural storytelling, and synchronized water/fire/laser shows; and Family & Kids Interactive Zones offering workshops, aviation simulators, and fun activations. Additional highlights include VIP & VVIP lounges, a curated F&B Village of 25 food trucks, an orchestra with laser shows, and daily aerial displays synchronized with music and lighting. Designed with safety, sustainability, and “wow” factor moments in mind, the Sky Festival aims to deliver an unforgettable multi-sensory experience for residents and visitors alike.
