Common services

Common services elaborate on the procedures of appeal services, reconciliation services and guide in updating supporting documents required for hotel facilities, tourism facilities and business events organizing offices.

Appeal service


This service describes the procedures and conditions required to file an appeal application, and it applies to the following services:

  • Issue a hotel establishment license.
  • Issue a tourism facilities license.
  • Issue a business events license.
  • Issue a tourism events license.
  • Issue a tourism activity license.
  • Issue a tour guide license.
  • Issue a business events organizing license.
  • Issue a tourism transport license.
  • Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner, or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
  • The applicant’s identification card must be valid at the time of application.
  • There may not be another open request of the same type.
  • The commercial registration must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial permit must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial registration of the establishment must not be foreclosed.
  • An appeal request may not be filed with the council if more than 30 days have passed since the notification of the NTC decision has been received.
  • Only one-time delay is allowed.
  • Copy of QID.
  • Application form.
  • Copy of commercial permit (in the case of establishments).
  • Copy of commercial registration (in the case of establishments).
  • There is no fee for this service.
  1. Login to the portal.
  2. Choose the organization that you want to place the appeal for.
  3. Select the service from the Service list.
  4. Attach the required documents.
  5. Confirm the accuracy of the entered data.
  6. Submit the service application.

Reconciliation request service


This service describes the procedures required to apply for reconciliation for a violation recorded at the tourism facility.

  • Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner, or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
  • There may not be another open request of the same type.
  • The commercial registration must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial permit must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial activities required must be contained in the commercial registration and commercial permit.
  • The applicant’s identification card must be valid at the time of application.
  • A reconciliation application may be only submitted for open violations.
  • Copy of commercial permit.
  • Copy of commercial registration.
  • Supporting documents (if available).
  • The value of the violation is specified by Qatar National Tourism Council chairman.
  • Payment is made after the application is approved.
  1. Login to the portal.
  2. Choose the organization you want to reconciliate about.
  3. Select the specific service from the Service list.
  4. Add the reconciliation information.
  5. Attach the required documents.
  6. Confirm the accuracy of the entered data.
  7. Submit the service application.

Update supporting document service


This service describes the procedures for updating supporting documents of the following types of facilities:

  1. Hotel facilities.
  2. Tourism facilities.
  3. Business events organizing offices.
  • Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner, or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
  • There may not be another open request of the same type.
  • The commercial registration must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial permit must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The commercial activities required must be contained in the commercial registration and commercial permit.
  • The establishment ID must be valid for at least 1 day on the day of submission.
  • The applicant’s identification card must be valid at the time of application.
  • Copy of supporting documents chosen to update.
  • There is no fee.
  1. Login to the portal with your NAS credentials.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Click on the View to choose the organization.
  4. Select the specific service from the List of services (right-hand side).
  5. Fill in the required data.
  6. Attach the required documents.
  7. Confirm the accuracy of the entered data.
  8. Submit the service application.
